Terms.
Launch version 1.1, 12 October 2026, subject to counsel review (G&P).
1. Who we are
NASL (nasl.ai) is operated by NSI Enterprises FZCO, a DMCC free zone company (licence DMCC202416), Unit UT-11-CO-50, DMCC Business Centre, Level 11, Uptown Tower, Dubai, UAE. house@nasl.ai
2. What NASL does
NASL is a private deal desk for physical commodity trades. We introduce buyers and sellers who have been checked by our team, and we manage the information each party sees.
NASL does not:
- give investment, financial, tax or legal advice;
- hold client money, or take payments on behalf of members;
- offer, arrange or promote financial products;
- buy, sell, own or take title to any goods.
Contracts for goods are made directly between buyer and seller. NASL is not a party to them.
3. Membership
- Membership is by invitation and subject to our member checks (see "How we check members").
- You must be at least 18 and acting for a business you are authorised to represent.
- The information you give us must be true and kept up to date.
- We may decline, suspend or end a membership at any time, including where checks are incomplete or a party is subject to sanctions.
4. Information levels (L-A to L-D)
Information about each deal is released in stages:
- L-A: a short summary, visible to invited members.
- L-B: specifications, released after an NDA is effective.
- L-C: price, released after an NDA is effective and approval by our team.
- L-D: documents, exact location and introductions, released case by case.
An NDA you sign is not effective until NASL (or the other party, where stated) countersigns it. Buyers never see each other's identity or details.
5. Your responsibilities
- Do your own due diligence on the other party, the goods, payment, title, origin, sanctions and any licences. We don't verify goods, payment capacity or title.
- Comply with all laws that apply to you, including sanctions, export control and anti-money-laundering laws.
- Keep all deal information confidential and use it only to assess the deal.
- Do not go around NASL to deal directly with a party we introduced, in breach of any NDA or fee terms you signed.
- Do not send passports, ID or KYC documents by chat or email unless we ask for them through the channel we name.
6. Fees
- NASL is paid by commission only.
- Commission is set for each deal in a written per-deal schedule, and is paid on delivery accepted and price received.
- Commission may be payable by the seller, the buyer or both, as the per-deal schedule states.
- There are no upfront fees and no membership fees.
7. No reliance
Deal information comes from members. We do not confirm that it is accurate or complete, and nothing on NASL is a promise about a result, price, delivery or quality. You decide whether to proceed.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, NASL is not liable for any loss arising from a deal between members, from information provided by members, or from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission we received from you on the deal concerned. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Intellectual property
The NASL name, site and content belong to NSI Enterprises FZCO. You may use them only to take part in NASL.
10. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice explain how we handle personal data and cookies.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version with its date, and tell members of material changes by email.
12. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
